Miniature-Like Tilt Shift Photograph for Inspirations and Tutorials

Tilt-shift photography” refers to the use of camera movements on small- and medium-format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus, often for simulating aminiature scene. Sometimes the term is used when the shallow depth of field is simulated with digital postprocessing; the name may derive from the tilt-shift lens normally required when the effect is produced optically.

source: wikipedia

Tilt-shift photography (or “miniature faking”) is the technique of using selective focus. Essentially, it’s taking a photograph of a real-world scene and making it look like a miniature scene, such as you’d find in a model railroader’s setup. By using selective focus combined with rotation and motion of the camera, the miniature effect is created.

In this post, I collected some Miniature-Like Tilt Shift Photograph that will get you inspired. Enjoy!!
